During the month of August, the BSC Team is getting together in Orlando, Florida for a leadership team retreat. We will play The John Maxwell’s Team Leadership Game and experience Epcot’s World Showplace for inspiration and team building. Change is constant and is always happening in our organizational, professional, and personal lives. During August and September, we will continue to focus on the importance of change, including implementation and evaluation. As we continue to communicate our envisioned brand and value proposition, we pride ourselves in leading by example and taking the time to implement the brand revisions we will be communicating to our clients and collaborators.

Career Readiness Assessment and Social Work Career Preparation @ The University of Alabama, School of Social Work. Becky is excited to welcome a new cohort of students to the MSW program and the profession. Students will understand why attitude is key to their career success and learn job preparation skills to move their social work career forward.
August 28-29, Birmingham, AL
Becky along with her colleague Mande Ellison-Weed from Collaborative Solutions will facilitate the Final Training for Cohort 3’s Peer Leaders Network. Participants from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi are obtaining leadership skills and techniques while providing support to each other as they develop supportive housing for persons living in rural communities.
