During the month of July, the BSC Team will be focusing on client deliverables related to leadership skills, organizational development checklists, and financial systems consulting. As we continue to communicate our envisioned brand and value proposition, we find ourselves internally managing change. We have identified the need to document and train new coaches and consultants on our communication protocols. Such as, we respond to emails and telephone messages within 1-2 business days. Even if we are unable to complete the request, we inform the individual that the message was received and when to expect a response. This lets clients, vendors, and colleagues know they are valued.
Change is constant and is always happening in our organizational, professional, and personal lives. During July, August, and September we will continue to focus on the importance of change, including preparing for the change, living the change, and evaluating the change.
