Community Connections:
In addition to Becky and Emily offering operational consulting, providing strengths-based coaching and developing curriculum, you can find us interacting with our colleagues and friends throughout the month.

  • Beginning August 30 for five sessions: Emily wil co-faciliatate a Team Lead Training for Collaborative Solutions (CS) associates.   Participants will focus on establishing a successful virtual cultural environment, utilizing agency project management processes and technology and taking ownership as a project team lead. CS supports their mission to positively change lives and to manage projects effectively.
  • September 7: Career Coaching with Corbett @ The University of Alabama, School of Social Work Becky will focus on establish a personal and professional brand. The BSW and MSW students learn career readiness in social work techniques and interact with fellow classmates throughout their career development journey.
  • September 12-October 3: Intentional Growth Mastermind Group. Becky and Emily will be hosting a four-week mastermind group for business associates working alongside of BSC. Content from John C. Maxwell’s 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth supports the participants in owning their intentional growth, setting goals, and moving ideas to action.
  • September 26-27: Rural Supportive Housing Initiative. Becky will be co-facilitating with Mande Ellison-Weed in Birmingham, for Cohort II’s finale training. The Peer Leader Network participants from Alabama, Florida, and Georgia will receive additional training in asking effective questions, as they prepare to develop supportive housing for persons living in rural communities.
