Peer Leader Network Cohort II Webinar via Secure Video Conferencing

Becky Schwartz Corbett will be facilitating a group session for Collaborative Solutions’ Rural Supportive Housing Initiative on June 1, 2017, for our Leadership Institute Peer Leader Network, Cohort II. These dedicated individuals are from Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. They just completed their Operational Assessment and are preparing to develop a Capacity Development Plan.

The leaders are learning about board development. One of the leadership concepts we discuss includes: Our agency brand is what people say about our board and staff when we are not present. The Peer Network will participate in an interactive discussion focusing on board and staff development techniques as it relates to building capacity within their organization. We are preparing leaders and their team to develop supportive housing in rural communities.
