Becky Schwartz Corbett and Mande Ellison-Weed will be facilitating the Leadership Institute Finale training for Collaborative Solutions’ Rural Supportive Housing Initiative (RSHI) in Birmingham, Alabama, March 28-30, 2017. The purpose of the RSHI is to work with organizations and communities to improve and increase permanent supportive housing for vulnerable populations in rural communities across the U.S.

Dedicated leaders were selected from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi to participate in this intensive 2-year program. Participants will attend another interactive training to wrap up their initial 6-months of leadership training which focused on “Leading ME.” This in-person training will also prepare participants for Phase II, as they look to complete their Capacity Development Assessment and develop a strategy for increasing board, staff and community collaborations.
