1.     Request coachable moments. Ask for feedback and be specific. For example, to learn how you can improve and enhance your facilitation style, ask “How did I manage the meeting?”
2.     Leadership takes time. Be patient with yourself, listen to your intuition, and intentionally invest in YOU.
3.     Keep growing. The best leaders are always learning–they are constantly enhancing their strengths and developing their areas of improvement. Participate in a class. Learn a new skill. Read a leadership book. Seek out a mentor. Obtain a coach. Challenge yourself.
