Becky Schwartz Corbett of BSCorbett Consulting will be presentingEthical Management in a Social Work Setting as part of the NASW New York State Chapter’s 2016 Professional Development Live Regional Trainings. This interactive workshop focuses on developing the key skills necessary to be an effective and ethical leader in a social service setting. Participants will develop their leadership skills to enhance service delivery and increase program effectiveness in a social service setting; apply the NASW Code of Ethics to increase their ability to supervise and manage social workers; and understand the importance of mentoring and the process for mentoring a social worker in order to grow more social work leaders for the future of the profession. Participants will earn 6 CE hours.
