•  Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
•  Learn basic budgeting and financial management concepts
•  Deliver 360 communications, including writing executive summaries and preparing for public speaking engagements
•  Manage competing demands, through effective prioritization, time management, running efficient meetings, delegation and project management
